ORDER:
This appeal is filed by the appellant-plaintiff against the judgment and decree dated 18.06.2019 passed in O.S. No.141 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Karimnagar.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P. Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant on record, reported that the matter is settled out of court and that he is not pressing the appeal. He also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
