ORDER:
This Appeal Suit is filed by the appellant, aggrieved by the Judgment and decree in O.S.No.28 of 2006 dated 27.03.2008 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Karimnagar.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent present.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant reported that he gave no objection long back and even record was also handed over to the appellant. As the appellant failed to engage counsel, it seems that appellant has no interest to prosecute the case hence no purpose would serve in continuing the appeal. Therefore, this appeal is liable to be dismissed.
4. Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed for non- prosecution.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
