SECOND APPEAL No.875 of 2004
ORDER:
This Second Appeal is filed by the appellants, aggrieved by the Judgment and decree in A.S.No.143 of 2000 dated 24.10.2003 on the file of the V Additional District Court, Warangal confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.137 of 1996 dated 08.02.2000 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Mahabubabad.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants is absent. Respondents were already set exparte. This matter was listed on 03.08.2023 under the caption for dismissal. Even then there is no representation. It seems that appellant has no interest to prosecute the case hence no purpose would serve in continuing the appeal. Therefore, this appeal is liable to be dismissed.
3. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution.
