ORDER:
This Appeal Suit is filed by the appellant, aggrieved by the Judgment and decree in O.S.No.5 of 2001 dated 05.11.2003 on the file of Principal District Judge at Sangareddy.
2. There is no representation on behalf of learned counsel for the appellant though the matter was posted for arguments today as a last chance, hence no purpose would serve in continuing the appeal. Therefore, this appeal is liable to be dismissed.
3. Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed for non- prosecution.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
