                 APPEAL SUIT No.344 of 2008

ORDER:

This Appeal Suit is filed by the appellant, aggrieved by the Judgment and decree in O.S.No.130 of 2002 dated 01.07.2004 on the file of Senior Civil Judge at Nalgonda.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent present.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant is no more. Notice issued to appellant with a direction to appear on 19.01.2023. On 01.08.2023 it was represented that he engaged another advocate, but till now no vakalat is filed on his behalf. It seems that the appellant has no interest to prosecute the case hence no purpose would serve in continuing the appeal. Therefore, this appeal is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed for non- prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
