JUDGMENT :
Aggrieved by the Judgment and decree dated 20.02.2017 passed by the learned II Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, Jagityal in E.A.No.3 of 2014 in E.P.No.3 of 2013 in O.S.No.5 of 2011, the present Appeal Suit is filed.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he filed a memorandum of compromise in E.A.No.3 of 2014 in E.P.No.3 of 2013 in O.S.No.5 of 2011 wherein the parties have settled the matter and they paid the amount of Rs.11,00,000/- (Rupees Eleven Lakhs only) towards final settlement.
3. In view of the above settlement between the parties, the Appeal Suit is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
