Mr. Mr. T.Srikanth Reddy, learned Government Pleader

for Revenue for respondent Nos.1, 2, 3, 5 and 6.

Mr. S.Sharat Kumar, learned counsel for respondent No.4.

2. This intra court appeal has been filed by the petitioners whose writ petition namely W.P.No.14001 of 2013 has been allowed by the learned Single Judge. The operative portion of the order dated 09.06.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.14001 of 2013 reads as under:

"17. In the light of the above, W.P.No.7317 of 2013 is dismissed and W.P.No.14001 of 2013 is allowed, remanding the matter back to respondent No.3 for reconsideration of the ::2::
matter in the light of the remand made by respondent No.2 through order dated 12.02.2013. The petitioners as well as respondent No.4 are at liberty to approach respondent No.3 by submitting documentary evidence in support of their respective claims within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on submission of such claims/contentions by the respective parties, respondent No.3 shall consider the same while considering the request of the petitioners for regularization of the simple sale deed, dated 09.11.1959 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of such application. There shall be no order as to costs."

3. We have heard learned counsel for the appellants at length.

4. In our considered opinion, appellants are not the persons aggrieved as their writ petition namely W.P.No.14001 of 2013 is allowed. Therefore, the appeal at the instance of the appellants is not maintainable.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
