ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to refund the amounts recovered from the retirement benefits of the petitioner in terms of Judgment of this Court in W.P.No.15524 of 2017 dated 07.11.2022 and to pass such other order or orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and having regard to the fact that the above issue is already covered by the Judgment of this Court in W.P.No.15524 of 2017 and that the facts in this case are also similar, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the respondents to refund the amount recovered from the pension benefits of the petitioner in terms of above judgment i.e., W.P.No.15524 of 2017 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. A copy of the judgment in W.P.No.15524 of 2017 shall be annexed to this order for ready reference.
3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
PMD,J W.P.No.24694 of 2023 2 Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
