APPEAL SUIT No.2549 OF 2000
JUDGMENT:
1. This Appeal Suit is filed against the judgment and decree dated 26.04.2000 in O.S.No.200 of 1995 on the file of the learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, whereby suit filed by respondent herein to direct the appellants herein to pay the amount, was decreed partly. Aggrieved by the same, defendants have preferred the present appeal.
2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondent that during the execution proceedings, parties have entered into compromise and as per the compromise sale deed was executed by the original vendor. Therefore, the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the same, this appeal suit is dismissed as infructuous.
No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
