JUDGMENT:
1. In the present appeal, after death of the learned counsel for the appellant, a notice was issued by this Court to the appellant on 16.12.2022 through the Registry. The said notice remained unreturned. Hence, it is deemed service. In the said circumstances, this appeal is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.
2. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
