APPEAL SUIT No.2146 OF 1999
JUDGMENT:
1. This Appeal Suit is filed against the judgment and decree dated 26.04.1995 in O.S.No.93 of 1987 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Sangareddy, whereby suit filed by respondent No.1 herein for recovery of money was decreed. Aggrieved by the same, defendant Nos.1 and 2 have preferred the present appeal.
2. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 stated that the appellants have complied with the decree and the mortgage is already released.
3. In view of the same, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as infructuous.
No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
