ORDER:
This Second Appeal is filed by the appellant-appellant- plaintiff against the judgment and decree dated 25.10.2010 passed in A.S. No.79 of 2009 by the XIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, (FTC), Hyderabad confirming the judgment and decree dated 20.01.2009 passed in O.S. No.1505 of 2005 by the X Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant reported that the appeal has become infructuous as the matter was settled out of court.
3. Recording the said submission, the Second Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any shall stand closed.
