No. 306 of 2019 at this juncture, in the light of the subsequent developments that have been transpired.
2. Learned counsel for the Department did not oppose the same.
3. Therefore, permission is accorded and I.A.No. 1 of 2021 is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, I.T.T.A. No. 306 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
