2. With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally.
3. This intra court appeal has been filed against the order dated 14.07.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.46608 of 2022 by which the learned Single 2 Judge has deferred the proceeding in the said writ petition till disposal of W.P.No.913 of 2021.
4. Learned Senior Counsel for the appellant submits that by an order dated 20.03.2023 passed in W.P.No.913 of 2021, the learned Single Judge has referred the matter to the Division Bench. However, till today the matter has not been listed. Learned Senior Counsel further submits that the appellant be granted liberty to submit an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ appeal is disposed of with the liberty to the appellant to move an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
