JUDGMENT:
This appeal is coming for admission from 11.01.2023 onwards. On 12.06.2023 and 14.08.2023 when the matter was called, there was no representation, and therefore the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for Dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this case.
2. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution/default. No order as to costs.
3. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
