SECOND APPEAL NO. 1223 OF 2005
JUDGMENT:
Plaintiffs filed O.S.No.1 of 1992 on the file of District Munsiff, Sircilla, for perpetual injunction. The trial Court dismissed the suit. The unsuccessful plaintiffs preferred appeal vide A.S.No.6 of 2002 wherein the appellate Court had allowed the appeal, against which the second appeal has been filed.
2. Learned counsel for appellants reported no instructions from the appellants.
3. Recording the above submission of learned counsel for the appellants, the second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
