AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR Writ Appeal No.1030 of 2023 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Alok Aradhe) Mr. Md. Nawaz Hyder Ali, learned counsel represents M/s. Pillix Law Firm for the appellant.
2. This intra court appeal has been filed against the order dated 02.08.2023, passed by a learned Single Judge, by which the writ petition viz., W.P.No.9008 of 2023, preferred by the appellant, has been dismissed.
3. After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the appeal with liberty to take recourse to such remedy, as may be available to him in law.
4. Needless to state that in case the appellant takes recourse to the remedy available to him in law, the observations made by learned Single Judge shall not be an impediment to the right of the appellant in prosecuting the remedy in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is disposed of. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand closed.
