ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief:-
"...Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in issuing the Impugned Proceedings vide No.KTK5/BHP/WO14/2018/4471, dated 08.11.2018, the 1st petitioner given representation to the 4th respondent requested to provide the dependent employment to her daughter who is the 2nd petitioner also daughter of the deceased employee, but without considering the 1st petitioner representations dated 13.1.2015, 29.05.2017, 10.08.2018, the 4th respondent issued impugned proceedings No. KTK5/BHP/W014/ 2018/4471, dated 08.11.2018 is highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and against the Jharkhand Division Bench Judgment vide LPA No.617 of 2017, dated 16.09.2019, the Supreme Court Judgment in SLP (Civil) No.29678 of 2019, dated 12.11.2021 and in violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to consider the 1st petitioner representation and to provide the dependent employment to the 2nd petitioner who is the daughter of the deceased employee and to pass..."

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 31.10.2023 in W.P.No.27093 of 2023 and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader and also the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. In view of the same and for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 31.10.2023 in W.P.No.27093 of 2023, by directing the respondents to consider the representations of the Petitioner No.1 dated 13.01.2015, 29.05.2017, 10.08.2018 & 16.03.2022 for compassionate appointment to the Petitioner No.2, if she is otherwise eligible. The copy of the order of this Court in W.P.No.27093 of 2023, dated 31.10.2023, shall be annexed to this order for ready reference. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
