JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel for the appellants filed a memo to withdraw the Second Appeal as the matter would become infructuous since the government issued a notice to the appellant that the suit property was a government property and the appellant had applied for regularization of the same and paid the entire amount of more than Rs.6,00,000/- for regularisation.
2. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
