Mr. T. Srikanth Reddy, learned Government Pleader for
Revenue for respondent Nos.6 and 7.
2. This intra court appeal emanates from an order dated
19.02.2008 passed by the learned Single Judge by which
W.P.No.3400 of 2008 preferred by respondent Nos.1 to 5/writ
petitioners has been disposed of with a direction to the District
Collector to consider and decide the representation submitted by
them. Being aggrieved, the appellants, who are not parties to the
writ petition, filed this intra court appeal.
3. Facts
giving rise to filing of this appeal, briefly stated, are that respondent Nos.1 to 5 submitted an application to the Mandal Revenue Officer, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, seeking mutation of their names in respect of lands measuring Acs. 8-23 Gts., in Sy.No.368/A; Acs. 1-23 Gts in Sy.No.370/A;

Acs. 7-16 Gts., in Sy.No.385/A; and Acs. 11-05 Gts., in Sy.No.391, total admeasuring Acs. 28-27 Gts., situated at Kondakal Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Chevella Division, Ranga Reddy District under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. However, the same was not considered. Respondent Nos.1 to 5 thereupon filed writ petition, which has been disposed of with a direction to the District Collector to decide the representation submitted by respondent Nos.1 to 5.
4. We have perused the record and have heard learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

After perusal of the record, the order dated 19.02.2008 is modified and it is directed that while deciding the representation submitted by respondent Nos.1 to 5, the District Collector, Ranga Reddy shall also afford an opportunity of hearing to the appellants as well. The representation submitted by respondent Nos.1 to 5 shall be decided within a period of three months from the date receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the claim of the parties.

6. The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand closed.
