Mr. J.Suresh Babu, learned counsel for the appellant.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the
appeal has been rendered infructuous, as the dispute
between the parties has been amicably resolved outside the
Court.
3. The aforesaid submission is placed on record.
4. The writ appeal is, therefore, dismissed as
infructuous.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
