behalf of Mr. Dida Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the
appellant.
Mr.Payalla Chandra Shekar, learned counsel for
respondent Nos.1 and 2.
Mr.T.Srikanth Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos.3 to 6.
2. This intra court appeal has been filed against the ad interim order dated 21.09.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.26434 of 2023.
3. Learned Senior Counsel for the appellant submits that he has already filed an application on 13.10.2023 seeking vacation of the interim order.

4. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this appeal. However, the learned Single Judge is requested to decide the application filed on 13.10.2023 seeking vacation of stay.
5. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand closed.
