ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as respondents submits that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.183 of 2022, dated 15.03.2022.
2. In view of the principles laid down in the above said judgment, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief sought in this Writ Petition.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
