JUDGMENT:
This Second Appeal is filed by the appellant-appellant-plaintiff aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 16.12.2008 passed in A.S.No.186 of 2006 on the file of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, confirming the judgment and decree dated 08.09.2006 passed in O.S.No.1611 of 2001 on the file of the XI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 26.09.2023, there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant. The matter was posted to 17.10.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant though the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. It appears that the appellant is not evincing any interest in proceeding with the matter.
3. In the result, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
