JUDGMENT:
1. On 05.09.2023 when the matter was called there was no representation for the appellant and therefore the matter was directed to be listed on 22.09.2023 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. On 22.09.2023 also there was no representation for the appellant in spite of listing the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Therefore, the matter is directed to be listed today under the same caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called there is no representation for the appellant. It seems that appellant is not interested to prosecute this case.
2. Accordingly, the CCCA is dismissed for Non-prosecution/default. No order as to costs.
3. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
