JUDGMENT:
1. On 11.09.2023 when the matter was called there was no representation for the appellant, therefore the matter was directed to be listed on 25.09.2023 under the caption 'for Dismissal'. On 25.09.2023 the learned Counsel for the appellant sought time to get instructions, and therefore the matter was adjourned to today under the same caption 'For Dimissal'. Today when the matter is called, there is no representation. It seems that appellant is not interested to prosecute this case.
2. Accordingly, the CCCA is dismissed for Non-prosecution/default. No order as to costs.
3. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
