SECOND APPEAL No.780 of 2006
JUDGEMENT:
This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree passed by the II Additional District and Session Judge, Mahbubnagar, dated 30.08.2005, in A.S.No.54 of 2002 dismissing the suit in O.S.No.163 of 1994, dated 12.12.2000 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Kalwakurthy.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the respondents are present.
3. Learned counsel for the appellants stated that despite several efforts she could not contact their client. This indicates that the appellants have not interest in prosecuting the present case. No purpose would be served in continuing the appeal.
4. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
