When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M.Surya Prakash, learned counsel for the appellant informed this Court that the matter has been settled between the parties and it was recorded in A.S.No.605 of 2008. As such, the cause in the present appeal does not survive for adjudication.
2. Recording the above submission, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
