      Mr.    Suman,       learned     counsel      representing

Mr. Srinivas Polavarapu, learned counsel for the appellant.

      Mr. M.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for

Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) for

respondent No.1.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that on account of efflux of time, the issue involved in this appeal which essentially pertains to validity of building permission does not survive for consideration.

3. In view of aforesaid submission, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
