ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief:-

"...Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents not appointing the petitioners as Multi Purpose Health Assistants (Male) is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Principles of Natural Justice and contrary to Judgment of the Division Bench of this Hon'ble High Court in W.V.M.P.No.1015 of 2014 in W.P.No.38060 of 2013 dated 15-09-2015 and direct the respondents strictly adher the orders of the Hon'ble High court dated 15-09-2015 in W.P.No.38060 of 2013 and also W.P.No.8728 of 2022 dated 20-09-2022 and appoint the applicants as Multi Purpose Health Assistants (Male) and to pass..."

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 12.10.2023 in W.P.No.25696 of 2023 and batch and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the same and for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage in terms of the order dated 12.10.2023 in W.P.No.25696 of 2023 and batch, with a direction to the respondents to look into the representation of the petitioners and consider their case for appointment only who fall in the same category as the writ petitioners in W.P.No.33282 of 2022. The respondents shall pass appropriate orders within a period of Six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. The office is directed to append a copy of the order dated 12.10.2023 in W.P.No.25696 of 2023 and batch to this Writ Petition for ready reference.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
