JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 25.08.2001 in O.S.No.220 of 1995 on the file of the V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants have filed affidavit on 31.03.2022 stating that the management of the 1st appellant has settled all the institutional dues under One Time Settlement including the dues of M/s.Andhra Bank i.e, respondent Nos.2 to 4 and since the One Time Settlement amounts have been fully paid, the mortgaged properties of the respondent No.1 ought to have been released and requested to record the same and close the appeal.
3. None appeared for the respondents.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the appeal is closed. No order as to costs.
