JUDGMENT:
This petition has come up for hearing on 22.06.2023, 05.09.2023 and 22.09.2023, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants, and therefore the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for Dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellants. It seems that the appellants are not interested to prosecute this case.
2. Accordingly, the CCCA is dismissed for Non- prosecution/default. There shall be no order as to costs.
3. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any in this appeal, shall stand closed.
