ORDER:

Heard Mr Koushik Kanduri, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energy appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, Mr R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 5 and Mr.M.A.K.Mukheed, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondent No.6.

2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking the prayer as follows:

"To issue any writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to release service connection and meter to the Petitioners for Plot No.734 admeasuring 300.00 Square Yards or equivalent to 250.8 Square Meters in Survey No 11/14 to 11/18 situated at Khanamet Village Serilingampally Mandal under GHMC Chandanagar Circle Ranga Reddy District without any reference to instruction given by Special Officer & Competent Authority Urban Land Ceiling 2 SN,J WP_28401_2023 Hyderabad and proceedings of the 5th Respondent GHMC."

It is represented by both learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 19.08.2023 passed in W.P.No.22576 of 2023, hence, the writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the order of this Court dated 19.08.2023 passed in W.P.No.22576 of 2023.

4. Bringing the said submission of both learned counsel on record, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to receive the application of the petitioner for electric power supply connection by complying all the norms as required by the respondent-Company. As and when such application is made, the respondent-Company is directed to provide individual service connection to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of submission of such application and provision of such power supply connection shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Supreme Court in the litigation 3 SN,J WP_28401_2023 pending before it arising out of the judgment dated 12.09.2012 in W.P.No.20407 of 2008 and batch. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
