APPEAL SUIT No.741 of 2018 ORAL JUDGMENT :
Aggrieved by the Judgment and decree dated 28.02.2018 passed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Mancherial in O.S.No.35 of 2016, the present Appeal Suit is filed.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter was settled out of the Court and thus, the appeal suit has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
