ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to refund the amounts recovered from the retirement benefits of the petitioner in terms of Judgment of this Court in W.P.No.15524 of 2017 dated 07.11.2022 and to pass such other order or orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both the parties.
3. Having regard to the fact that the said issues were already covered by the Judgment of this Court in W.P.No.15524 of 2017 and the facts are similar in this case also, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the respondents to refund the amount recovered from the pension benefits of the petitioner in terms of above judgment i.e., W.P.No.15524 of 2017 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. A copy of the judgment in W.P.No.15524 of 2017 shall be annexed to this order for ready reference.
4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
