JUDGMENT:
There was no representation from the appellant even though the matter was posted under dismissal caption on 19.09.2023. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation. It appears, the appellant is not interested to prosecute the case. This M.A.C.M.A. is of the year 2011. Therefore, the M.A.C.M.A. is liable to be dismissed for non- prosecution.
Accordingly, this M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed for non- prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
