JUDGMENT:
There was no representation from the petitioner on 05.09.2023, as such, the case posted under dismissal caption on 03.10.2023. On 03.10.2023 also, there was no representation, as such, the case was posted under dismissal caption on 05.10.2023. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation. It appears, the petitioner is not interested to prosecute his case. Therefore, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
