JUDGMENT :
1. The present appeal is arising out of judgment and decree dated 20.03.2003 passed in O.S.No. 681 of 1997 on the file of Additonal Judge-cum-VI Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, whereunder the Court below decreed the suit against the appellant which was for recovery of money.
2. Today when the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has already deposited the entire decretal amount and therefore he intends to not press the appeal.
3. Recording the aforementioned submission of the learned appellant, this appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
4. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
