JUDGMENT:
Aggrieved by the Judgment and decree dated 23.04.2014 passed by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District in O.S.No.2198 of 2013, the present Appeal Suit is filed.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that sole appellant died and there are no legal representatives to the appellant.
3. Recording the said submission, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
