JUDGMENT :

01. On 06.09.2023 when the matter was called, there was no representation and, therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for Dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation. It seems that appellant is not interested to prosecute this appeal.

2. Accordingly, the CCCA is dismissed for Non-prosecution/default. No order as to costs.
