SECOND APPEAL No.930 of 2010
JUDGMENT:
This Second Appeal is filed by the appellant aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 25.10.2005 passed in A.S.No.19 of 2004 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, reversing the judgment and decree dated 31.12.2003 passed in O.S.No.10 of 1998 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Karimnagar.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 06.09.2023 and 29.09.2023, there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant. The matter was posted to 05.10.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant though the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. It appears that the appellant is not evincing any interest in proceeding with the matter.
3. In the result, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
