JUDGMENT:
1. On 19.09.2023 there was no representation from the appellants and the matter is posted to 25.09.2023 under the caption for dismissal. Inspite of the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal; on 25.09.2023 also there was no representation and posted the matter to 03.10.2023. Today also there is no representation from the appellants.
2. The appeal pertains to the year 2002 and the appellants are not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.
3. Accordingly, Second Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
