O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:
"...to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents not appointing the petitioners as Multi Purpose Health Assistants (Male) is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Principles of Natural Justice and contrary to Judgment of the Division Bench of this Honourable High Court in W.P.M.P. No.1015 of 2014 in W.P.No.38060 of 2013 dated 15/09/2015 and direct the respondents strictly ad her the orders of the Hon'ble High court dated 15/9/2015 in W.P.No.38060 of 2013 and also W.P.No.8728 of 2022 dated 20/09/2022 and appoint the applicants as Multi Purpose Health Assistants Male and pass."
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Medical Health appearing for the respondents.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court, in W.P.No.26095 of 2023, dated 12.10.2023, and requested this Court to pass a similar order in the present writ petition also.

4. Learned Government Pleader for Medical Health has not disputed the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the respective parties and for the reasons alike in the order, dated 12.10.2023, in W.P.No.26095 of 2023, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the respondents to look into the representation of the petitioner and consider his case for appointment only, who fall in the same category as the writ petitioners in W.P.No.33282 of 2022. The respondents shall pass appropriate orders within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate a copy thereof to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
