Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant in all the appeals submits that he has no instructions from his client and he is unable to argue the matters and therefore, the appeals may be dismissed for non-prosecution.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution/default. No order as to costs.
3. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in these appeals, shall stand dismissed.
