JUDGMENT:
Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that she has given no objection to the appellant in the year, 2012 and there are no instructions from the appellant. It seems that the appellant is not interested to prosecute this case.
2. Accordingly, the C.C.C.A., is dismissed for non- prosecution/default. No order as to costs.
3. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
