JUDGMENT:
Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appellant is a proprietary concern and it is represented by its proprietor. The sole proprietor has expired and there are no legal representatives to contest the matter. As a result, it is noticed that there will be no more prosecution.
2. Accordingly, the C.C.C.A., is dismissed for non- prosecution/default. No order as to costs.
3. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
