JUDGMENT :
Learned counsel for the appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal stating that the matter has been settled between the parties outside the Court and to that effect letter dated 14.11.2023 has been filed before the Registry.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
