           CRIMINAL PETITION No.4290 OF 2015

O R D E R:

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.732 of 2014 on the file of the learned I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal District.

2. Heard Ms. Krishnaveni, learned counsel representing Mr. P. Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1 State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive as the C.C.No.732 of 2014 has been disposed of vide judgment dated 24.08.2023 passed by the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class upon due contest and the petitioner is hereby acquitted. Therefore, learned counsel submits that no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition and seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.

4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor by furnishing the copy of e-courts proceedings submits that C.C.No.732 of 2014 was disposed of vide judgment dated 24.08.2023 and seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.

5. Recording the submissions made by both the learned counsel and taking the copy of e-courts proceedings onto the file, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
