CRIMINAL PETITION No.12852 OF 2015
O R D E R:
The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in C.C.No.644 of 2015 on the file of the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Nampally, Hyderabad (for short, "the trial Court").
2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1 State.
3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor by furnishing a copy of e-courts proceedings would submit that the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive as the C.C.No.644 of 2015 has been disposed of before the trial Court vide judgment dated 20.10.2022 after due contest by acquitting the petitioners therein. Therefore, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition and seeks to dismiss the same as infructuous.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and taking the copy of e-courts proceedings onto the file, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
