O R D E R:
The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the charge sheet against the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 in C.C.No.1791 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, at Karimnagar.
2. No representation on behalf of petitioners. Heard Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1 State and Mr. M. Ram Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.2.
3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 fairly submits that the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive as the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 were acquitted under Section 248(1) of Cr.P.C. for the offences punishable under Section 498-A of I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act vide judgment dated 27.01.2016 in C.C.No.441 of 2015 passed by the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, (Excise), at Karimnagar and no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.

4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor concedes to the same.
5. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for respondent No.2, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1 state and upon perusing the copy of judgment dated 27.01.2016 in C.C.No.441 of 2015, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
